Our company has experience in providing public procurement services for suppliers of goods, works and services in various fields: from the supply of goods of wide and narrowly specialized consumption to constructing and software.

UTICA`s specialists provide a full range of works on the announcement and conduct of ProZorro public procurement procedures and acting within current Ukrainian law, observing the Law foundations and principles.

Outside the competence there are internal processes of Customer, for example, coordination of financing of CECV code (economic expenditures classify code), items of Customer costs. The competence of UTICA specialists is limited in fact to the functions of the procurement committee and structural units related to the organization and implementation of the procurement process, including, in particular, the following services:

  • Procurement documentation drafting in accordance with the needs and requirements of the Customer;
  • Analysis of participants' packages and drawing up of draft protocols of the Customer's decisions;
  • Public processes supporting in providing reasoned answers to questions / demands of participants cases;
  • Customer maintenance and representation interests in the AMCU;
  • Customer's specialists training for work with the electronic cabinet of the Customer in Smarttender.
